Kate Collins
Kate Collins is a highly skilled and experienced professional IT Director with a 20+ year career supporting CIO’s, Transformation Programmes and Project & Portfolio Management. With world class organisational and Project Management skills, the vision of Kate is to embark on a personal business venture in Leisure, Events and Rentals.
It has not been an easy journey over the years having been a single mother to two boys for seventeen years at the same time as establishing and building an executive career. In addition to this, in 2017, Kate and her children moved from London to the Netherlands for her job at the time. Now at the height of her career and as her children have entered adulthood, Kate is taking a giant leap to pursue her own passions and goals as well as a life long dream to enter into the leisure and event industry.
Ronny van Leeuwen
Ronny van Leeuwen is a Sales professional in the printing and exhibition industry with over 23+ years of experience, he knows the tricks and the trades of the business. For many years now he has dreamed of building his own modular/container home and turning it into something unusual, fun and most importantly, his own.
As a teenager Ronny studied to become an electrician, but as soon as he graduated, having decided this was not his passion, he progressed into a sales function at a printing company and from there on it kept going to Senior Account Manager for a large exhibition building company. He is a very good at DIY (do it yourself) projects and has built up vast experience in home renovation projects for himself, his family and his friends.
Together
Opening up Covale StudioOne in the spring of 2021 is the springboard business opportunity for Kate and Ronny. An idyllic, modern and cosy apartment in the coastal town of Noordwijk in South Holland (Zuid-Holland) with picturesque views of the surrounding countryside and within reach of Noordwijk beach, just 3kms away. “We want to perfect our Customer Service capabilities to provide holiday makers with a dream ‘home away from home’ experience”.
Ronny’s love of DIY has meant that he has largely contributed to the build of Covale StudioOne. In collaboration with Steve Grove Construction (a UK based builder sgrovebuilder@gmail.com).
